Northsnd has been a pioneer in electronic dance music since 1996. Schoolwork revisits his formative years (1996–2014) across five volumes and 100 tracks — spanning happy hardcore, dreamhouse, trance, and techno — reimagined with modern production.

The project comprises five albums (100 tracks in total), along with two compilation albums, one remix album, one collaboration album, eight EPs, and sixty singles — making Schoolwork one of the most extensive archival releases in electronic music.
